Once you have decided that you want a tattoo, your decision does not end there. You have to decide what design to get inked and the tattoo artist who will do the job for you. Both are important in the sense that the design will tell so much about who and what you are, the message you would like other people to gleaned just by looking at your tattoo. The artist is equally important because no matter how fabulous and spectacular might be if the artist you commissioned to do the tattooing is not talented, it will just ruined your design and your skin.
